Facility Manager
Safeguarding Systems, Safety, and Standards As the Facility Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center's physical environment. From maintaining critical hospital systems and equipment to ensuring regulatory compliance, your leadership will help keep the facility running smoothlyday in and day out. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all functions of the Plant Operations and Maintenance Department, while also leading the Environment of Care program. Your work will directly impact the safety and well-being of individuals served, staff, and visitors by identifying and mitigating environmental and safety risks. You'll guide emergency management efforts, develop safety policies, and ensure full compliance with standards from TJC, CARF, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to creating a safe, compliant, and high-performing healthcare environment, this role offers a powerful opportunity to make a lasting impact. Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), construction management, or business. Preferred: Master's degree. Experience: Required: Ten (10) years facility maintenance experience with five (5) years having been in a management position. Required: Experience in an inpatient or residential healthcare setting.
