5:00 PM Salary: $135,000
$155,000 annually, depending on experience Position Summary: We are hiring a Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead and manage behavioral health programs at a well-regarded healthcare organization in Oakland. This full-time leadership role oversees clinical operations, supports multidisciplinary teams, drives quality initiatives, and ensures the delivery of effective mental health services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of behavioral health services, including program development, staffing, and compliance Provide supervision and leadership to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accreditation standards Collaborate with medical directors, primary care teams, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care Monitor program performance, quality metrics, and financial goals, implementing improvements as needed Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Participate in strategic planning to expand and enhance behavioral health services
