Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our small yet dynamic team in a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain and manage our clientele services and relationships. We pride on going above and beyond for everyone we interact with so the ideal candidate will share the same sentiment. You will also work closely with Senior Leaders, Ops, IT, and HR to ensure smooth workflow. Core Values of Our Company

Process large bulk container orders including shipping paperwork and details Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, & social media Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information Resolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and backorders Requirements:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Have excellent listening and communication skills Have the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone Demonstrate the ability to multi-task skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members Self-manage daily tasks and workload Show a high level of personal organizational skills Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand and respond to the needs of customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments as needed Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate response Other job duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel College degree is preferred 3+ years in customer service with furniture and Operations is a plus Working knowledge of website navigation Container Customer Service and/or Logistics experience is a plus Furniture or Furniture parts experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus Benefits:
