The business technical specialist for erp & corporate systems will play pivotal role in support erp implementation at our na manufacturing plant and erp operations as a whole. This role will support the ict team in configuration, implementation, deployment, change controls, sdlc/gxp activities, and operational support of erp/ms dynamics 365 in na with main support at our manufacturing plant. essential functions: responsible for gxp/sdlc related documentation and testing activities related to d365 system enhancement, integration, upgrades and change controls. responsible for creating and updating user requirements, change control, test plans and user/system acceptance test scripts for d365 and other enterprise information systems and business processes. create/review/update functional and technical design documents for required enhancements or changes within the system. responsible for providing training and guidance to the business users on the d365 platform functionality and incident management processes. provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to testing, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation. implement d365 best practices and evaluate newly released features and functionality to standardize/improve erp business processes within finance, supply chain and manufacturing business functions while ensuring compliance. support strategic projects and collaborate closely with business users to implement improvements and ensure the efficient operation of our erp system. support d365 system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architecture on microsoft azure. ability to work with business partners to define product roadmaps and align roadmaps to business goals. continuous improvement and evaluate opportunities and implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives supports building digital fluency programs within the business. drive ideation/innovation to help determine how emerging technology can help with business challenges/opportunities. other duties as may be assigned

including it system support/ integration support within ict scm, manufacturing, & corporate functions liaison between technology & business partners to understand business processes, priorities, and technology needs. requirements: education bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience at least 3 years of pharma/biotech it experience with at least 3 years directly supporting manufacturing functions in a gxp environment. technical skills at least 3 years of experience in business process and system analysis, defining requirements, process flows, translating business requirements into functional requirements; strong knowledge and experience with the d365 platform, with a focus in order management, finance, scm, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, r&d, or wms; technical experience with successfactors, adp, concur, veeva and other systems/integrations such as mes, lIMS preferred; at least 2 years of project implementation and/or support expertise; experience managing / processing external data feeds (inbound and outbound) using azure platform; experience in analyzing data stored in enterprise systems (erp and others); understanding of hipaa, gdpr, information security, compliance, and privacy requirements for delivering data and analytics projects in the us healthcare industry. non-technical skills demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. strong interpersonal and communication skills. strong work ethic is required. detail oriented and excellent follow through. analytical and problem-solving skills has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment. has a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company. cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization. working conditions: this position can be based in either sanford, nc or princeton, nj requires up to 10% domestic and international travel kkina and all of its employees have an obligation to act in accordance with the law and with integrity in all our operations and interactions it is the policy of kyowa kirin north america, inc. to provide equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, religion, creed, color, pregnancy, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic trait or predisposition, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation or affection preference or citizenship status or any other category protected by law.
