In this position, you'll play a crucial role in our business development team. With your healthcare knowledge, you'll provide essential insights and enrollment data to support our clinical trial pipeline, ensuring we deliver timely and impactful solutions to our clients and communities we serve. Key Responsibilities

Expand our clinical trial pipeline and secure new trials across all DelRicht sites. Support business development efforts by prospecting and promoting our services to pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Generate weekly reports on pipeline and client activities to inform strategic decisions. Manage the patient enrollment questionnaire process with potential clients to assess trial feasibility. Coordinate with leadership to align operational goals with strategic objectives. Assist in developing client engagement strategies and contribute to client presentations. Analyze potential study opportunities and develop tailored sales plans for target clients. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DelRicht's services and capabilities. Record and organize customer interactions and opportunities. Follow up on trial opportunities and support the launch of new studies at our clinical sites. Skills Needed to Succeed

Required: 4 years of professional work experience. Required: Technology savvy; familiarity with Mac and Google platforms is essential. Required: Exceptional organizational skills. Required: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Healthcare exposure highly desirable This is a Monday-Friday onsite role; no remote or hybrid applications will be considered. Prior experience in business development or clinical research is a plus, but not necessary. Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted. The Right Candidate Will
