COIT Services has immediate openings for experienced Technicians for Carpet, Upholstery and Air Duct Cleaning in Englewood, CO. COIT Services of Colorado is looking for experienced technicians who will be responsible for building a lasting relationship with our customers while being able to clean carpets and upholstery with integrity and excellence. We are seeking highly motivated people to join our team of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians. We will provide you with comprehensive paid training. You will learn customer service, technical trades and receive sales experience. Compensation is based on cleaning production, plus add-on sales. Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team. Honest and looking to work for an ethical business. Must be able to work Saturdays. Organized person with positive attitude. Outstanding personal skills and the ability to think on your feet is a necessity. Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers. Experience in carpet & upholstery cleaning is required for our Technician Positions. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 certified firms around the world. The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
