Bermello Ajamil, a Woolpert Company (BA), is hiring a Landscape Architect/Designer to join our dynamic Landscape Architecture team at its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform various project tasks and make a meaningful contribution to our multi-disciplinary team of landscape architects and urban designers. BA has an extensive portfolio of exceptional design projects both locally and internationally and offers great opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities

Confer with clients and other professional disciplines on various project types at different stages of project development. Develop design strategies to address client's needs and budget. Produce schematic and working drawings for multiple project types including the production of specifications and construction details. Design, develop, modify, and review drawings for various landscape architecture and urban design projects. Develop conceptual plans for site layout and planning. Develop solutions to technical problems. Plan and organize multiple projects and assign work to landscape designers. Supervise landscape designers and junior staff. Project scheduling. Ensure quality control coordination. Maintain relationships and assist the Director of Landscape Architecture to solicit additional work from existing and potential clients. Perform various duties as deemed necessary by the Director of Landscape Architecture. Qualifications

Skills with the following software/communication tools: AutoCAD Revit Photoshop PowerPoint M-Color InDesign Excellent writing and communication skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university or program. Florida-registered landscape architecture license preferred. LEED accreditation preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in professional office.
