Compliance Specialist I
Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including FAA, FCC, along with any and all government agencies as necessary. What You Will Do
Primary Responsibilities Review environmental (NEPA, EA, Phase I) reports and file with FCC accordingly. Review, investigate, and note any regulatory discrepancies for all towers. Report built towers to FAA and FCC within required time frame and track FAA/FCC status of all sites. Inform field offices of new FAA and FCC rules and regulations as they change. Advise and negotiate with the field offices on problem sites. Draft compliance letters. Conduct research for documentation records. Participate in and coordinate FCC environmental evaluations. Order environmental services for tower leasing. Manage RTP process with New Builds Group. Daily data entry in the Property Management Database. Daily contact with field personnel, clients, government agencies and environmental consultants. Other projects and duties as assigned. What You'll Need
Qualifications & Requirements H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred; and 0-2 years experience with governmental compliance process.
