Licensed Practical Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in collaboration with the clinical team in developing and maintaining client's treatment plans. Moriah Behavioral Health offers teen mental health treatment and female eating disorders treatment. The mission of Moriah Behavioral Health is to provide the highest quality treatment for every client, to foster self-discovery, healing, and peace of mind. Responsibilities: Conducts focused assessments by collecting data through observations, examinations, interviews, and recording in the health record in an accurate and timely manner. Actively participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care. Administers injections when ordered. Checks PPD results and facilitates further action when needed. Manages prescriptions based on doctors' orders. Conducts medical intake assessments with new clients. Requirements: Licensure in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder experience preferred. CPR and BLS certification.
