Replacement Department at Massanutten Resort is currently seeking a self-driven, dependable dispatcher/office assistant. Replacement dispatcher will be responsible for receiving and dispatching calls from guests, resort staff, and other departments by radio or telephone in order to report/replace/repair items in different timeshare units throughout the resort. Dispatcher must be able to multitask, pay attention to details, and be able to prioritize tasks. This position is also responsible for assisting with purchasing, receiving, and assisting the replacement office manager with other tasks as needed. Must have administrative skills and prefer previous experience dispatching. Basic computer knowledge
