Group Therapist Position
We are seeking a talented licensed master's level provider (LPC, LCSW) to join our growing team as a Group Therapist within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Outpatient Group Therapy services. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care through our group-based treatment (within IOP, PHP, and Outpatient). The ideal Group Therapist would be able to work with both teens and adults, facilitating several 1-3 hour therapeutic groups within our specialty IOP/PHP programs, as well as providing several 1-hour outpatient groups, using our outlined curriculums. The Group Therapist works closely with SLBMI specialty program teams to help provide a comprehensive treatment approach. This position includes split time between our two locations (Macklind location and Chesterfield location).
