Southeast Behavioral Hospital is excited to begin offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Southeast Missouri. Our 102-bed facility provides a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults and seniors experiencing mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and co-occurring substance use issues. The House Supervisor/Weekend Premium (RN) is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and performance improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff. The House Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the nursing staff, patients, and patient care during their shift. The House Supervisor will work closely with the Intake and Admissions Department regarding patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during their shift. Nurses working the Weekend Premium option will work 12 hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week (Contact HR for additional details). Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of TJC, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of Handle with Care training and Service Excellence Training within 30 days of employment. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation. Benefit Highlights
