Systems Integration Engineer , you will: Lead the technical validation effort to provide review and generation of key technical Program documents including CDRLs, planning factors and other deliverable and/or technical baseline documents. Review of CDRL quality, technical planning factors (IMS/PMP), and deliverables to SSP for standards of quality. Work with stakeholders to gather project technical baseline documentation and ensure consistent documentation and implementation. Identify problems, status and develop solutions. Seek out new opportunities for integration of technical planning factors and documentation, identifying needs across the program, ideating solutions, learning best-practices and standards across FBM, LM Space, and the industry at-large (tools, concepts, methods, etc.). Develop solutions to sophisticated problems that connect the detailed, technical planning factors and technical baseline documentation across the program. Prepare and support cross training within the Program Office. Support Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical Leaders Although this position does support some teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Denver, Colorado, and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 7+ years of professional experience. Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs. Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads. Strong leadership skills and whole program/system thinking. Experience in working with contract technical documentation, technical baseline, technical planning factors and processes. You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain TOP SECRET, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Desired Skills: Bachelor's or higher degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM), or significant evidence of equivalent understanding of STEM. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
