Project Manager, Take9, Cybersecurity Programs
The Project Manager, Take9, Cybersecurity Programs, is a savvy professional who thrives on coordinating and driving various tasks and workstreams with excellence, while supporting a range of key internal and external stakeholders. In particular, the Project Manager will manage and track all aspects of the Take9 public service awareness campaign to ensure its success. This includes supporting Directors, and coordinating the collaboration between the Aspen Digital Cybersecurity team and the Take9 creative agency partner, aligning communication, as well as managing and tracking timely deliverables from internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will support senior team leaders with outreach to partners across the cyber civil defense space, partner onboarding, and all other aspects of the campaign. The Project Manager might also support relevant industry events like the Aspen Cyber Summit and other public and private sessions and conferences, and support the production of content and publications. This is a Washington, D.C. based position that will report to the Senior Director, Cybersecurity Programs Aspen Digital. This position is term-limited, set to end after 12-months. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Employees are expected to work in person at the office approximately two days a week. The position might require monthly or quarterly travel nationally. What You Will Do
Support and work closely with Directors on all aspects of Take9 Y2 program launch, development, and implementation. Manage daily and weekly coordination between and amongst Take9 core team partners, which include internal stakeholders, the Take9 creative agency, and philanthropic supporters. Coordinate and help steward meetings with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. by drafting agendas, scheduling, inviting, and completing prep work, minute taking, and follow-up communication. Ensure ongoing, timely, and consistent flow of information between various stakeholders. Manage metrics for Take9 partnership and campaign, and track and adjust tasks. Address risks and issues affecting project deadlines, and maintain clear and consistent communication on status. Support the editing, production and distribution of quality Take9 campaign management and briefing materials. Organize day-to-day operations for Take9 and support event logistics, partner engagement, analytics tracking, and coordinations. Attend affiliated events on behalf of Take9. Support the production, organization and execution of key stakeholder communications, and conduct email communication with partners. What You Will Need To Thrive
5+ years of relevant experience with track record of effective program management, and ability to deliver high quality results. Highly skilled at organizing, implementing, managing priorities, and maintaining structure and processes in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail. Experience and ease handling multiple external relations, including high level stakeholders, and the ability to communicate, plan, organize, and follow through with internal and external constituencies. Experience or strong interest in cybersecurity and the field of associated organizations; experience in communications and advertising a plus. Experience with program development, project management, and design. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work with and engage diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in high performing environment. Experience with publications production and dissemination helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills, including a desire to learn.
