The Opportunity

Seeking dedicated, customer-facing technology experts to lead customers through our Cloud transition. What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, collaborating closely with product engineering and SREs to deliver a world-class experience to AEM Cloud Service customers. Engage frequently with clients ranging from technical development teams to senior executives, focusing on customer success and governance. Support continuous improvement of AEM deployments through technical processes, software configuration optimization, training, and mentorship. Provide technical mentorship and support to ensure seamless integration and operation of AEM solutions. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, ensuring their needs and feedback drive product improvements and innovation. Lead efforts in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring the highest levels of reliability and performance. What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and technologies such as Java. Demonstrated experience with modern cloud-native and automation concepts, practices, and procedures. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Familiarity with load testing, functional testing, and UAT testing protocols and tools. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tooling. Natural ability to take initiative, lead efforts, and contribute to new projects. Ownership of critical components aligned with the team's deliverables and vision, crafting their strategic direction and architecture. Actively involved in planning and achieving quarterly achievements with strong follow-through. High level of inquisitiveness to understand and improve the status quo. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $197,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
