Patient Services Representative

We're looking for a friendly and experienced medical office professional to join our team. In this important front-desk role, you'll be the first point of contact for patientsproviding exceptional service and administrative support to help ensure smooth, coordinated care. Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM

5:30 PM Location Flexibility

While this position is primarily based in Physiatry, the selected candidate may be expected to float to our Neurology and Rheumatology practices as needed to support team coverage and patient care. All practices are in the same building complex. What You'll Be Doing

Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and scheduling. Use EMR and scheduling software to register patients and book appointments. Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations when needed. Process co-pays, deductibles, and direct patients to financial counseling if appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely entry of all patient and billing information. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care. What We're Looking For

Medical office or healthcare registration experience is strongly preferred or other transferable experience. Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification processes. Comfortable working in a busy, patient-facing environment. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a true team player. Why Join Us
