Manage, review, and deliver business valuation projects for the following purposes: financial reporting purposes (ASC 805/ASC 350), gift and estate tax, 409A/ASC 718, management planning, litigation support, and/or M&A Scope new projects and prepare admin items for projects including, but not limited to client invoices, engagement letters, and proposals Coach and mentor staff, senior and managers within the valuation practice Work with staff, senior analysts and other managers to ensure all projects in the pipeline are completed on budget and on time Frequently communicate with key client contacts throughout the valuation process Network internally and externally to grow the business Manage, key initiatives and metrics, including but not limited to metrics related to billing, utilization, and A/R Maintain and develop key client relationships Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or engineering Minimum of 6 years of valuation experience within a business valuation firm or valuation practice of an accounting or consulting firm Prior experience effectively resolving external review issues (auditors, IRS, etc.) Strong client communication skills Good report writing skills, financial modeling skills, the ability to work well in a team environment Relevant valuation designation(s) ASA, CPA, CFA, CEIV, CVFI, ABV, or CVA Ability to develop external relationships (networking, referral sources, etc.) and the desire and ability to bring new clients into the business Strong client management, consulting, communication, and leadership skills managing expectations and delivering high quality solutions on-time within scope and budget Detail oriented, flexible, and responsive Armanino provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
