Service Lane Manager

apply now. The Service Lane Manager will assist with managing the work flow and customer operations of the service department. The Service Lane Manager will partner with other service employees to ensure the highest level of customer service. Service Lane Manager Responsibilities: Manage work flow of the service lane Coordinate work and all communication between Technicians and Service Advisors Maintains service porter's duties and responsibilities Oversees loaner department Maintains good working relationship with parts department Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Other duties as assigned Service Lane Manager Qualifications: Prior experience in fast paced customer service environment Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations and/or prior Service Advisor experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills ***Must have some previous car dealership experience*** Our MileOne Employee Advantage: MileOne believes that taking care of our employees is the most important step in creating a positive workplace and a successful company.
