The Enhancement Crew Supervisor assists the Enhancement Manager and/or the Operations Manager to help ensure the successful completion of enhancement jobs for assigned crew leaders and crew members. Enhancement jobs can include but are not limited to drainage, planting, masonry, site work, etc. Responsibilities include all aspects of enhancements including, but not limited to crew coordination, crew training, material sourcing/procurement, and actual performance of enhancement jobs alongside assigned crew leaders and crew members. Job / Duties / Responsibilities
The Enhancement Crew Supervisor duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following: Crew oversight of assigned Enhancement crew leaders and crew members and tasks related to the enhancement department. General setup/layout of enhancement jobs to ensure project quality and accuracy as sold/requested by the sales team and expected by client. Working alongside assigned enhancement crew leaders and crew members to ensure proper training on landscape construction practices, time keeping, material allocation, time management, teamwork, etc. Ability to perform enhancement jobs under or at budgeted hours, cost, quantities, etc. as proposed. Communicating with in-house teams as needed to ensure potential issues are quickly resolved. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other coworkers as well as the attitudes and culture of assigned crews. Administrative responsibilities include accurately filling out material receipts, inventory sheets, and mobile or paper time sheets. Ability and willingness to do other job functions or supervise/work alongside crews within other departments during times of need. Willingness to participate in winter snow removal preferred but not required. Job Qualifications
Requirements Knowledge / Education
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License required. Job Experience
3-5 years' experience within the landscape construction field. Educational experience in the landscape construction field can be supplemented for industry experience. Skills / Competencies
Good written and oral communication skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Basic math skills. Team player with positive attitude and proven ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment. Urgency to grow and improve. Outstanding attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, problem solver. Bi-lingual preferred but not required. Physical Requirements
Physical agility required to access all areas of properties and landscape sites, assist in manual labor, and lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Pay Transparency
