Marketing Business Development Representative

River Point Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Outreach Representative who's ready to lead outreach and referral growth across Duval County. This high-impact role will help connect individuals in need to our full continuum of mental health treatment programs. What you'll do: Act as a community-facing liaison, promoting our programs to physicians, hospitals, outpatient clinics, first responders, therapists, schools and other key referral partners. Drive patient admissions through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends, track referral data, and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Lead engaging presentations, in-services, and community education efforts to highlight the value of our services. Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to align outreach efforts with patient needs and treatment outcomes. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets. Qualifications: Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, behavioral health, healthcare administration, business, or relevant experience. 25 years of healthcare sales/business development experiencepreferably in behavioral health, substance use treatment or hospital marketing. Strong understanding of referral networks, managed care and mental health services. A natural communicator and relationship builder with proven sales performance. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-orientedsomeone who loves to win but also cares deeply about the mission. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout the region.
