Build a diverse team of service-focused individuals Provide consistent and outstanding guest service Develop and create extraordinary entertainment experiences Take pride in our clean and well-maintained facility Support the communities in which we work and live Celebrate our heritage Be respectful, inclusive, and responsible in all we do What You'll Do: Ensure exceptional guest service at every table, bar, and interaction Oversee, motivate, and support Food Servers, Hosts/Cashiers, and Beverage Leads Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to coordinate menus and special functions Respond to and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready dining and bar areas Conduct regular walk-throughs and quality checks Promote a positive, energetic work environment rooted in teamwork and respect Lead by example
consistently modeling the Maverick Way: spirited, welcoming, and guest-first What It Takes: Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Skilled in resolving issues and making service decisions in real time Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Able to obtain and maintain a Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission License Proficient in written and verbal English Intermediate math and reporting skills Comfortable working in warm, noisy, and fast-paced environments Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Full-Time, Swing Shift Position $45,000 Benefits: Competitive Pay Free Meals 401k Plan with discretionary match* Free Life Insurance* Free Dental Insurance* Free Vision Insurance* Health Insurance Packages Supplementary Insurance Available Promote and Grow within Company Paid Time Off Program* Referral Program* *See HR for full details and description of Benefits available upon hire.
