Build a diverse team of service-focused individuals Provide consistent and outstanding guest service Develop and create extraordinary entertainment experiences Take pride in our clean and well-maintained facility Support the communities in which we work and live Celebrate our heritage Be respectful, inclusive, and responsible in all we do What You'll Do: Ensure exceptional guest service at every table, bar, and interaction Oversee, motivate, and support Food Servers, Hosts/Cashiers, and Beverage Leads Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to coordinate menus and special functions Respond to and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready dining and bar areas Conduct regular walk-throughs and quality checks Promote a positive, energetic work environment rooted in teamwork and respect Lead by example
