Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce
LaSalle Network has partnered with a service-based company in hiring a strategic and technically savvy Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce to own the performance and direction of their digital platform. This is not a design or rebuild roleinstead, you'll focus on optimizing and evolving the website to improve conversion, drive sales, and elevate customer experience. As a key leader on the digital team, this Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, development, and external agency partners to identify opportunities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and continuously test and enhance site performance. You'll bring a deep understanding of how customers engage online and know how to turn insights into action. Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall website strategy, with a focus on conversion optimization (form fills, eCommerce transactions, and lead generation) Translate customer behavior and journey insights into personalized experiences and improved performance Collaborate with IT and dev teams to manage site functionality, prioritize fixes, and enhance user experience Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and lead A/B testing initiatives using platforms like Optimizely Ensure brand story and voice are consistently represented across the website Partner closely with external partners to execute technical and strategic updates Drive improvements in SEO, content strategy, and digital experience Provide strategic guidance on tech stack improvements and help diagnose front-end/back-end issues Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce What You Bring: Proven experience owning website performance and eCommerce strategy in a DTC, subscription, or service-based model Strong technical acumen and familiarity with headless CMS platforms (experience with Droople is a plus) Ability to distinguish between strategy vs. tech-related problems and address each effectively Demonstrated success with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, SEO, and site personalization Experience working collaboratively with IT and development teams as a strategic business partner Comfortable managing agency relationships and overseeing digital vendors Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to make data-informed decisions Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce Additional Information: This role requires a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Franklin, TN You'll be joining a high-growth, fast-moving team that values collaboration, creativity, and innovation If interested, and qualify per the above, please apply to this Senior Manager, Website Experience & eCommerce role today!
