This role involves working closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise network architecture, automation, security frameworks, and compliance standards, as well as a proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. Support and upgrade network management platforms and associated infrastructure components. Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize network security and endpoint management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to remediate security vulnerabilities and implement best practices. Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior engineers. Work with vendors, product specialists, and research organizations to evaluate and implement best-fit technologies. Develop and document infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements (NIST 800-53, PCI, ITIL). Monitor and analyze network performance, troubleshooting issues as needed. Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans, security policies, and compliance frameworks. Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prepare reports and presentations on network infrastructure improvements and project status.
