Exploitation Analyst

AERMOR is seeking an Exploitation Analyst to provide advanced cyber planning and analysis in support of Cyber Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) missions. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in identifying system vulnerabilities, guiding red team test planning, and leading cyber survivability test activities. This role involves developing test strategies, participating in mission planning, and supporting post-test reporting with a focus on improving the Navy's cybersecurity posture. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex systems to identify vulnerabilities, attack surfaces, and cyber survivability risks. Develop and support cyber survivability test strategies and documentation. Conduct in-depth research on adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and integrate findings into test planning. Create and maintain planning documents, such as cyber test plans, TTPs, and SOPs. Lead and support the development and instruction of cyber survivability test planning courses. Participate in site visits, pre-test planning sessions, test execution, and post-test debriefs. Collaborate with Operational Test Directors (OTDs), red team operators, and government stakeholders throughout test lifecycles. Lead or contribute to post-test reporting including drafting enclosures, risk sheets, and data analysis summaries. Attend cyber working groups, technical exchanges, capture the flag (CTF) events, and internal off-sites. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field. OR minimum of 5 years of experience in DoD defensive/offensive cyberspace operations or exploitation analysis. One of the following certifications are required: PenTest+, GCIH, or GPEN. Proficiency in analyzing and decomposing complex system architectures for the purpose of developing test objectives. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience briefing senior leadership and communicating technical concepts clearly.
