Ground Support - Field And Depot Operations Manager

You will be the Ground Support - Field and Depot Operations Manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for leading ground-related Field Operations, Depot Operations, Logistics, Proposal Management, and Control Account Manager (CAM) and Strategic Development activities. As the Ground Support - Field and Depot Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) and ensuring technical and program milestones are met on time and within budget. You will lead a team of logistics and sustainment professionals, providing program support and guidance to ensure seamless integration into program strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Leading LSE execution and ensuring technical integrity of products Providing program support for personnel, proposals, and contracts Developing and maintaining logistics plans, including maintenance schedules and supply chain management Managing and coordinating maintenance activities, supply chain activities, and inventory control Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the sustainment program Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Basic Qualifications: Secret security clearance International and domestic travel required Knowledge of DoD Logistics and Sustainment Engineering disciplines Proven ability to work across functional groups and lead teams Proficient with Microsoft Office Proposal development experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in logistics, maintenance, or a related field Proven experience in sustainment program management, including logistics planning, maintenance management, supply chain management, and inventory control Strong technical skills, including knowledge of logistics and maintenance systems, processes, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and program team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Desired Skills: Engineering team lead experience Project management training Product Support/LSE Program experience Prior military experience Missile system test and integration experience Risk identification and management experience Knowledge of Sustainment Operations Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of experience in logistics, maintenance, or a related field Proven experience in leading and managing logistics and maintenance teams Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including ISO 9001 and AS9100 Experience with logistics and maintenance software systems, including ERP and CRM systems This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
