Sales Operations Lead For Independent Software Vendors
The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven, and experienced Sales Operations Lead for Independent Software Vendors. The candidate for this role is a key business stakeholder and partner for sales leadership and will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy. The candidate for this role is expected to work cross functionally to help the organization successfully land and execute against a set of strategic priorities. The candidate for this role will support key business activities such as Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other sales performance processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise and be very comfortable diving deep into data. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up their sleeves." This position works with the several stakeholders supporting the extended Enterprise Sales organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team. The candidate for this role must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as across other geographies. 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
