Packaging Associate
Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $16.00/hr What You'll Do
Coordinate with management to ensure product assembly and packaging is efficient and compliant Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using standard and metric systems Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in alignment with health and safety standards Restock packaging and assembly materials to ensure continuous workflow Operate and maintain weighing, labeling, and packaging equipment Support quality control and compliance processes throughout product prep What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education and experience) Comfort working with weights and measures in both standard and metric systems Basic math skills and high attention to detail Familiarity with cannabis products and general industry knowledge Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure A team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed Why You'll Love Mint Cannabis
