About the Role We're seeking an experienced, creative Instructional Designer to join our team supporting Pfizer, one of the world's most innovative pharmaceutical companies. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering Pfizer's global workforce to confidently adopt digital tools, platforms, and technologies. You'll craft high-quality, engaging learning experiences that simplify complexity and support enterprise-wide digital transformation. Key Responsibilities -Partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and define clear learning objectives.-Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning modules, interactive tutorials, job aids, and instructional videos.-Create detailed course outlines, storyboards, and scripts tailored to diverse audiences with varying levels of digital fluency.-Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to ensure effective, learner-centered outcomes.-Translate complex digital tools and technical content into accessible, user-friendly language and visuals.-Collaborate with The Moore Group's internal teams (design, change management, communications) to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, English, Communications, Learning Sciences, or a related field.-5+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training, preferably in digital transformation, technology adoption, or the pharmaceutical sector.-Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in designing and developing eLearning and multimedia instructional assets.-Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.-Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent
writing and communication skills , with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Preferred Skills & Experience -Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.-Knowledge of learning analytics and evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of training.-Proficiency in multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative) for high-quality visual and interactive elements.
