HAAS Operator
We're hiring on behalf of our aerospace client in Valencia, CA for an experienced CNC Machinist with advanced skills in HAAS Milling Machines or HAAS Lathes. This hands-on role involves precision machining for FAA-regulated parts using programs like Mastercam, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and more. This is a temp to hire position. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled machinist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in producing critical components with tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate HAAS Milling or Lathes Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings Program or verify using Mastercam/Fusion 360 Machine FAA-regulated aerospace components Maintain tight tolerances and monitor production Use gauges, micrometers, and calipers to inspect Scan work in/out using Quantum Labor Scanning Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness Follow safety and FAA regulations Complete documentation and meet production deadlines Qualifications: 6+ years of CNC machining experience Expertise in G-Code and M-Code Proficiency in part setup and HAAS controls Familiar with aerospace materials and tolerances Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting specs Strong knowledge of shop tools and measuring devices Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Fluent in English
