Lease Analyst
As a Lease Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing commercial lease agreements, preparing abstracts for new leases and amendments, setting up and maintaining lease data in property management systems, and interpreting lease terms and conditions. Responsibilities
Prepare and review lease abstracts for all new agreements and amendments; compile complete abstract packages for approval. Enter and maintain lease data within property management software systems. Accurately input leasing details into the system for tracking and reporting. Manage and update Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and real estate tax information. Analyze lease documents and corresponding abstracts for accuracy and compliance. Calculate percentage rent charges as applicable based on lease terms. Record cash receipts in the property management system. Support Property Managers in resolving tenant account issues and discrepancies. Review invoices to ensure they align with tenant payment obligations. Generate rent variance reports and provide detailed explanations for discrepancies. Conduct initial reviews of operating expenses to verify accuracy and supporting documentation. Essential Skills
In-depth knowledge of lease administration and the lease abstraction/amendment process. Strong proficiency in interpreting lease contracts and commercial property leasing practices. Experienced in invoicing procedures and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate/property leasing. Experience with invoicing and CAM is preferred. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
