What You'll Do Deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients in their homes or facilities. Assist patients with activities of daily living, pain management, and symptom control. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for patients. Act as an advocate for patients and their families. Qualifications
About You Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Valid Driver's license and state required Auto Insurance A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families. Excellent communication and listening skills. The ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need. Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
