Director Of Finance - Marketing And Revenue Generation

The Director Of Finance - Marketing And Revenue Generation position will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of Black Rifle Coffee Company. This position is responsible for supporting marketing and revenue-generating functions by tracking spend, reporting KPIs, developing budgets and forecasts, and crafting data-driven strategies to maximize revenue and return on investments. Partnering cross-functionally with department leaders, the Senior Manager will deliver accurate reporting and performance analysis to support decision making. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, leveraging data to drive revenue, profit, and liquidity. Success in this role requires a high level of execution, adaptability in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, and strong expertise in building and managing financial analysis and models. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department leaders to align on business and financial drivers and KPIs, including marketing place performance metrics. Drive price and promotional measurement. Own the financial planning process for marketing and revenue generation, including budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling. Track and manage marketing and media expenses, purchase orders, cash spend; support month-end close in collaboration with Accounting Department, complete monthly reconciliations. Build dynamic financial models to support marketing, sales generation, and profitability analysis. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Analyze performance trends and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. Education and Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or business analytics, within CPG, retail, and/or e-commerce (subscription experience is a plus). Proficient in key marketplace performance metrics including ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, CPC, etc. Experience with pricing, financial analysis, forecasting, and sale performance reporting. Basic knowledge in GAAP accounting and standard accounting procedures and processes. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge in NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership. Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. US Military Veteran is a plus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements: This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Ability to uphold the stress of traveling. Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to work in a confined area. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
