This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Operations Supervisor located onsite in Bloomington, CA with Signify. Develop, mentor and coach. Day to day operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, quality, safety and supply planning. Implements general operational policies and procedures for the storing and shipment of finished goods. Plans, schedules and routes incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Safety and transportation regulations. Trains and supervises all associates in a Union environment. While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: Proven leadership experience (e.g., team lead, supervisor) with measurable team outcomes; managing both office and/or warehouse staff. Strong understanding of P&L and operational KPIs. Proficiency in SAP. Experience working in a unionized environment (highly preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
