What You'll Do As Operations Manager, you'll lead day-to-day practice operations, support and develop team members, and ensure a positive and efficient patient journey. You'll work closely with clinical leadership to oversee office workflows, financial performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Overseeing purchasing, inventory, and general office supply planning Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) Supporting and mentoring staff through training, feedback, and team development Managing insurance and billing processes, including AR and claims resolution Coordinating all other office responsibilities as needed MondayFriday schedule, 8:00 AM
