We are a technology-forward Language Services Provider (LSP) helping government, healthcare, and enterprise organizations reach multilingual audiences at scale. As we expand into new markets and refine our product messaging, pricing, and segment strategies, we are looking for a Product Analyst to help drive data-informed go-to-market (GTM) execution. Position Summary As a Product Analyst focused on Go-to-Market Strategy & Insights, your mission is to provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations that inform pricing, packaging, ICP targeting, and campaign optimization. You will serve as a key partner to marketing, sales, and product leadership, helping align strategic initiatives with performance metrics. This is an externally-oriented product analytics role focused on how well the product is positioned, sold, and adopted - not just how it's built. Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer and market data to support ICP definition, persona targeting, and TAM/SAM/SOM modeling Assess pricing structures and packaging performance across industries and verticals Evaluate lead-to-close funnel efficiency, channel attribution, and segment performance Partner with marketing to test messaging hypotheses, A/B tests, and onboarding flows Develop competitive intelligence reports on key market players, features, and differentiators Maintain dashboards for GTM metrics including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and segment trends Collaborate with sales enablement to track win/loss analysis, buyer objections, and pilot performance Qualifications: 47 years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, or GTM strategy Proficiency with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau/PowerBI, or Looker Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or revenue ops teams in B2B settings Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills Experience conducting segmentation analysis, customer journey mapping, and market research Bonus: Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, govtech, or translation/localization services Benefits PGLS has a wide variety of benefits, including health, pension, and a flexible work schedule.
