?nin Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker for a well-established warehouse operation in Rogers, AR. This role is vital to ensuring accurate and timely shipment of outgoing customer orders. Key Responsibilities: Use RF scanners to pick and palletize customer orders Print and apply ASN labels with correct shipping info Move orders using pallet jacks and prepare for shipment with shrink-wrapping equipment Accurately stage orders in the warehouse according to customer Maintain a clean and organized work area Record pallet totals and assist with Bill of Lading documentation Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of warehouse order picking experience required Basic math and reading skills Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment (training available) Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Must work in a constant state of alertness for safety-sensitive tasks Work Environment: Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and fluctuating temperatures Must be able to work around hazardous materials and at heights as needed Onin believes that your health is important.
