Compensation: $15/hr Worksite Location: NICHE Schedule: 5-? hours per week, flexible hours available Overview / Job Summary: The Temp Student Worker (Culinary/NiCHE) will assist in the culinary program, supporting both faculty and students in a variety of task-related activities. This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and effective learning environment in the kitchen and classroom. The position is open for WSU Tech students only, and it provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the culinary arts while supporting the academic community. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to: Assisting the culinary faculty in daily kitchen operations and lesson plans. Preparing ingredients and equipment for classes and demonstrations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Providing support to students during hands-on culinary training and activities. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to faculty as needed. Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. Participating in campus events related to culinary programs.
