Project Manager
Nike is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a Global Repair Strategy and Roadmap starting with a digital repair service launch in EMEA and scaling to other global markets. Based in Beaverton, OR, this hybrid role will partner with cross-functional global teams to drive alignment, create strategic roadmaps, manage project delivery, and support Nike's innovation in sustainable services. Key Responsibilities
Define and manage project scope, business benefits, and success metrics Develop schedules, assign tasks, and track progress Lead budget forecasting and track actuals Guide teams on Nike's project methodology and best practices Define delivery criteria and monitor project success Identify and mitigate project risks Consolidate global input and ensure strategic alignment Provide regular updates and coordinate success tracking with key stakeholders Preferred Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in project management or process leadership Bachelor's degree required (Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience accepted) Strong background in managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk Effective at driving clarity from ambiguity and leading global teams Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus Self-motivated and detail-oriented Nice to Have
