The Role

Our client operates where education and technology meet, dedicated to crafting personalized and innovative learning experiences that drive transformative score improvements for students. Their team, composed of passionate educators and technologists, is committed to enhancing lives through education. As a QA Analyst to work with our engineering teams. This role will evaluate, test, document, and verify web accessibility within our learning management system. This role will embed within our engineering team and work alongside engineers and product managers to test and verify resolutions to accessibility defects. Responsibilities

Review accessibility test cases reported by a third-party and, when necessary, execute manual accessibility tests against those cases on web and mobile web platforms. Validate compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA across supported browsers and devices. Use assistive technologies to simulate real-world accessibility usage and identify usability barriers. Log and track accessibility issues in collaboration with engineers and product managers. Verify fixes from engineering teams and validate proper implementation of accessibility standards. Provide detailed, actionable feedback to engineering team to support remediation efforts. Help document accessibility test results and contribute to audit summary reports as needed. Participate in stand-ups or QA check-ins to report on progress and surface blockers. Required Qualifications

2+ years of QA experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on web accessibility testing. Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidelines, ARIA roles, and HTML/CSS accessibility semantics. Proficient in using assistive technologies such as screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS), keyboard-only navigation, and color contrast analyzers. Experience using accessibility testing tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, ARC Toolkit, or Lighthouse. Comfortable writing detailed defect reports and documenting compliance findings. Familiar with browser dev tools and QA processes (e.g., bug tracking in Jira, test case management). Our Recruitment Process
