Client Service And Event Manager

MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for a hospitality-minded Client Service and Event Manager to oversee registration and communications for global sports hospitality programs for several of our Fortune 500 clients! You are excited by the prospect of working on award winning sponsorship accounts, passionate about being part of a team and being integral to an achieving agency. You will be in office for 2 days/week and occasionally onsite at client events. You will report to: Sr. Manager Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and client teams to define and manage event registration components across multiple annual events Develop tailored registration plans, timelines, and communication strategies Oversee end-to-end registration, including guest list management, inquiries, itineraries, and content creation Be the primary contact for guests, executive offices, and third-party registration platforms Lead junior team members and ensure alignment across programs Manage event websites, ticket distribution, and on-site registration logistics Create client-ready materials: recaps, itineraries, guest plans, and presentations Lead and contribute to client meetings, calls, and communications Track registration progress, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines Evaluate event outcomes and recommend improvements and growth strategies About You
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role 4+ years of experience in the events or guest management space Experience in high-level corporate events and hospitality Experience maintaining websites and with guest registration platforms Exceptional client service and interaction skills with senior leaders Experience working with and leading a team Experience managing event components such as guest trackers, rooming lists and transportation manifests Experience in a high-level client-facing role Experience building presentations / delivering them Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
