Senior Manager/Director, Strategy And Operations
In this role, you'll play a key part in advancing our Streaming Monetization product (MSM), ensuring it meets client needs and drives significant revenue growth. You'll work closely with Sales leaders and teams to develop and execute market strategies that propel our platform forward. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the regional Streaming Monetization Sales teams, ensuring regional insights are seamlessly integrated into our strategies. Your efforts will be crucial for driving global growth and maintaining our competitive edge. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a global mindset who is a top-class program manager, a strong executor, and a passionate strategist who knows how to zoom out, harmonize different perspectives, and move their team forward once decisions are made. understanding our ideal customers and who they work with, mapping the competitive landscape, and identifying potential white spaces and pockets of revenue. Leading Strategy Discussions:
managing the preparation, information gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and final output for strategic discussions with Moloco leadership. Revenue Analytics & Billing:
maintaining systems for visibility into revenue and projecting future revenue outlook and ensuring efficient billing to publishers and advertisers. Business Ops & Planning:
setting up OKRs and tracking progress against them. Managing customer pipelines and providing visibility across the MSM org. Running MSM-wide discussions and working with Finance & People teams for capacity planning and headcount asks. Sales Enablement:
supporting the sales team to hit our revenue goals. Building a common repository for pitches, upselling new products to customers, and onboarding new business team members. Conducting training sessions to upskill the business team. Managing Ad Operation Vendors:
hiring 3P vendors for managing campaign operations for certain products or customers. How do I know if the role is right for me? 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, strategy consulting, sales operations, and/or product strategy. Experience in AdTech or performance marketing, ideally working with machine learning powered products. Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, from top of funnel lead generation to long term value sustainability, combining strong analytical ability with a deep understanding of real-life seller and customer dynamics. Proven track record of driving top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales/product setting. Ability to challenge and persuade cross-functional audiences to act - from peers around the org to senior executives. Experience working in a highly ambiguous environment, ideally with early stage products. Very strong attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives. High agency combined with the ability to break down complex problems. Nice to have: Experience in media, entertainment, and/or streaming/OTT. Our compensation and benefits (for United States residents only): In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
