Call Center Coach
North South Consulting Group is seeking a Call Center Coach to provide non-clinical, supportive coaching to transitioning service members and veterans navigating mental health and TBI care systems. This role serves as a critical bridge to care. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct coaching sessions via phone, video, or secure messaging. Guide individuals through the process of finding and initiating care. Use motivational interviewing to support treatment engagement. Document all coaching contacts and maintain secure records. Collaborate with providers and VA liaisons for warm handovers. Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., social work, psychology). Current licensure as an independent mental health provider. Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in behavioral health (preferred). Demonstrated experience in triage, crisis counseling, or care management. US Citizen Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with service members or veterans. Familiarity with DoD and VA behavioral health systems. Training in trauma-informed care and military cultural competency. This role is contingent on contract award.
