Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment by coordinating restoration services, handling inbound communication, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic setting. Compensation:

$17$21/hour (based on experience)

Full-Time Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Coordinate job intake, dispatch, and ongoing communication Collect, review, and manage job documentation for accuracy and completeness Provide support to emergency mitigation teams Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items Assist with administrative tasks and team projects Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Problem-solver with a positive attitude Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Benefits:
