Temporary Dining Hall Position
Responsibilities: Upkeep of dining room tables, chairs, and floor in a clean and inviting condition for the guests, and maintaining the availability of all of the self-serve products (beverages, ice cream, toppings, coffee, cereals, salad bar, and dessert bar) in the customer service areas. Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room tables, chairs, and floor areas. Makes coffee, keeps beverage areas supplied with product, fills and cleans the ice cream machine Assists the dish room crew with replenishing flatware, dishes, and glassware. Performs other duties as assigned The position is accountable for operating mechanical and manual dish and ware washing systems, cleaning kitchen, dining, and storage areas, and following standardized procedures to meet sanitation requirements. Education/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience may substitute for education Reliable and professional with excellent customer service skills
