Turnovers/make-readies Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC Preventative maintenance Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements Eligible to work in the United States Valid driver's license Personal and reliable mode of transportation Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance Safely utilize power tools Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases Birgos Values
