The Door Person will play an important role in greeting guests, identifying VIPs, and arranging for their prompt entrance and seating into the club. You will be delivering excellent service to our guests by initiating warm contact, interactions built on sincerity, concern, and enthusiasm. What You Will Do
Responsible for verifying guests age/identification upon entry into the club, in addition to maintaining a secure, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere Greet and escort customers, and provide personal service to our VIP guests and bottle service guests Generate revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests Build guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability Collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction Responsible for the quality of service offered to the guest Effectively handle guest's complaints and discrepancies to assure that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner Facilitate all guest reservation requests promptly and without error Responsible for reporting to all scheduled duties in a timely manner Ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them Maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility Maintain table reservation and guest list minimums set by Management Ensure all VIP table reservations are entered into reservation system including; the guest's full name, cell number, and email address. Promote club's special events to customers Provide professional security presence for customers and club personnel About You
Minimum of 2 years of experience in same or similar role Liquor and beverage knowledge required Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work in ever changing environment Ability to open champagne/wine bottles Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, both within and outside the department daily Must have a customer-focused outlook Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Physical Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10
30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis) Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment Climbing steps regularly
