Summary Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on leased and owned buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. Qualifications
Certifications, License, and Education HVAC certification preferred Special Electrical License preferred High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Other Needed Skills Minimum of one to two years' experience working within trades associated with construction, maintenance and repair of facilities. Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and skilled maintenance i.e. plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering/sheet rocking, machine servicing, heating and ventilations, electrical or mechanical.
