Senior Architect - SAP S/4HANA FICO

As a Senior Architect - SAP S/4HANA FICO, you will make an impact by leading and supporting migration initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA. You will be a valued member of the SAP Architecture team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders and offshore teams. In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end architecture and design for S/4HANA FICO migration projects. Provide strategic guidance on brownfield conversion from ECC to S/4HANA. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. Define and enforce best practices for configuration, customization, and performance optimization. Work closely with offshore teams in India to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Work model: Remote with travel

from the United States only. What you need to have to be considered: Minimum 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 1 successful brownfield S/4HANA conversion. Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance. Expertise in migration tools like SUM with DMO, Readiness Check, and Simplification Item List. Proven experience in data migration, system conversion, and integration with other SAP modules. These will help you stand out: Experience with open-source LLMs and integration with SAP systems. Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based deployment models. Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related modules. Experience in agile project management methodologies. Ability to mentor junior architects and consultants.
