Product Liability And Consumer Disputes Lawyer
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a talented lawyer with 14 years of experience to join our Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, market-leading group and provide strategic legal counsel to sophisticated clients across a range of industries. Key Requirements: 1-4 years of experience as a lawyer. Ability to manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. Proven experience in preparing legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in accordance with court rules and deadlines. Experience in taking depositions, preparing deposition summaries, and analyzing deposition testimony for case strategy. Competence in reviewing legal documents and conducting legal research to support case development and strategy. Must be a member and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (U.S. JD required). Additional Skills: Ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision. Willingness to occasionally provide after hours, overtime, and weekend support, if needed. Location:
