Maintenance Technician Opportunity

We have a fantastic Maintenance Technician opportunity available with our Retreat at Wodridge Apartments in Lenexa, KS! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Location: Retreat at Woodridge Apartments 13245 W 87th Terrace Lenexa, KS 66215 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks Responsibilities: Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Exterior structural maintenance as needed Assist in property grounds maintenance Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent EPA Certification required CPO Certification a plus 1+ year experience in the maintenance field required 2+ years HVAC experience Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience Light plumbing and electrical experience Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Benefits and Compensation: Competitive pay (Up to $25 hourly!)
